Come walk with us! Wednesday mornings this fall.
Come for a refreshing and invigorating early morning walk with some of the crew from the Big White Barn
Do you know what I love most about early morning walks? It provides me with a quiet space to be reflective and to be present. It helps me become more connected to the environment. During these moments of quiet contemplation I am able to see things, really experience the world in a way I can not do when I’m in a vehicle or rushing to get to that next place.
Do you know what I love more than walking by myself? It is to have the opportunity to ponder all what is beautiful and good in this world while I walk with others. How wonderful to be able to walk with other women to celebrate our wisdom and honor our bodies as we optimize our health and well being with a casual walk.
During the months of September and October, Lisa Clarcq and I will meet walkers at the Readfield town office on Main Street on Wednesdays at 7:30 am. We will proceed for an empowering walk down the sidewalk towards the schools. All levels are welcome. Just bring your walking shoes and be ready by 7:30 to take off.
Thanks and I look forward to seeing you!
